Mysteeq : Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

  • Free shipping within the United States and Canada on orders C$100 and over.
  • Please note that free shipping is the subtotal of your order, therefore it is before taxes and after any promotional discount.
  • We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays within Canada. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders received after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday. If there is a delay, we will notify you and inform you of the estimated shipping date. In special circumstances, delivery times may vary.
  • Please note that Mysteeq is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred for US or international orders. Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
  • Orders over C$300 may require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Order Cancellations

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you of the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact care@mysteeq.com.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your MYSTEEQ purchase, please send an email to care@mysteeq.com within 10 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

Please Note: Only items purchased on www.mysteeq.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Mysteeq product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Our warehouse does not accept returns or handle exchanges. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or a registered parcel post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to care@mysteeq.com and we will provide an exchange authorization and mailing information.

If you are shipping an item over C$100, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing or Stolen Items

  • Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order. Mysteeq is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Please check with your local post office or courier company to ensure packages are not held by them.
  • In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with the shipping company.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5-10 business days we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@mysteeq.com.
